Doctors Care is a subsidiary of UCI Medical Affiliates, Inc., a publicly traded company. UCI is traded under the symbol UCIA and shares are available via the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) at www.otcbb.com.
UCI provides nonmedical management and administrative services for a network of 50 freestanding medical centers, 49 of which are located throughout South Carolina and one is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. These centers include, Doctors Care, Progressive Physical Therapy Services, Luberoff Pediatrics, Carolina Orthopedic and Sports Medicine and Doctors Wellness Center.
