Doctors Care opened its doors in 1981 as the first minor emergency medical center in Columbia, South Carolina. Today we are a multi-state network providing services designed to meet your needs in a timely and convenient manner. We are staffed by experienced, dedicated and compassionate medical professionals. Most of our locations offer flexible hours making us the ideal choice to assist with all of your regular healthcare needs—with or without an appointment.

Walk-in care
Our healthcare providers do not require appointments and are available to provide walk-in treatment.
Convenient locations and expanded hours
Our patients are able to receive care at most of our many locations until 8 p.m. or even 10 p.m. in some centers. We’re open Saturdays and Sundays as well.
