Video visits are often the same price as office visits.

How do I prepare for an on-demand video visit?
How to prepare for an on-demand video visit:
- Before you sign up for a video visit, make sure your computer has a working camera, microphone, and speaker. If you don’t meet these requirements, try using the MyNovant mobile app. Download apps here:
- Download on the Apple App Store Get it on Google Play
- To use a mobile device for your video visit, you need to have the MyNovant mobile app installed.
- During the video visit, please ensure that your camera and audio are turned on. You should be located in a safe and quiet location. Please ensure that the area you are in has proper lighting, so providers can adequately assess your concerns. You should not be driving or be engaged in other activities when connected with a provider for your video visit.
- The patient must be present for the video visit with the camera turned on. If you are a parent requesting a video visit for your child, your child must be present and on camera during the video visit.
- A request for a video visit doesn’t guarantee that a prescription will be given. A medical provider will evaluate your condition to determine the medically necessary treatment.
- We are unable to view any sensitive areas during these visits. This type of request would require an in-person visit.
